　　污泥干化裝置

　　為了最大限度地提高傳熱速度和攪拌及搖動(dòng)的效果，將干燥機的圓盤(pán)設計成中空傾斜盤(pán)。

　　特點(diǎn)

　　節能：采用間接加熱方式，熱效率高。

　　小型：間接加熱方式，每單位面積的傳熱面積比直接加熱干燥機大，所需占地面積較小。

　　排氣量少：間接加熱方式，需要灌入的載氣量較少，排氣量也少。

　　濾水含水量可調：通過(guò) ⑤ 在傳熱面上自行進(jìn)行清潔，以便維持較高的傳熱系數。(蒸發(fā)系數：約8-20kg)

　　完全燃燒：在高溫的流化層內進(jìn)行干燥和焚燒，可實(shí)現完全燃燒。

　　理想形狀：流化層部分為圓形，可維持高效的流動(dòng)狀態(tài)。

　　可將殘渣和沉砂進(jìn)行混合燃燒：可將處理廠(chǎng)排出的殘渣、沉砂和脫水濾餅一起進(jìn)行混合燃燒。
